Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a part on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He has authored numerous articles online and is a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman and Viars).
