Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in America, is an actress. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). Following that, she joined the Bratpack band and made appearances on screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award Best Female leading for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy's is both an American actor and a writer. Her film debut came by appearing in the crime-drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s, for which she received a lot of praise. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her success in a movie that she appeared in, the actress acted on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the top high school film of all-time. Even though the budget for this film was only $1 million, the film has grossed more than $50 millions. Also, she began to appear on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. The show targeted teenagers and first aired in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in which she has appeared. Her most recent appearances includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which she appears in a cameo. Sheedy has received numerous awards for her stellar performances including the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
